State Licensing Notice

JAMERYKA provides insurance education, training, and brokerage services. Brokerage services are offered only in states where JAMERYKA and its representatives are properly licensed and authorized to do business.

State-Specific Disclosures

Texas: JAMERYKA is licensed to offer insurance brokerage services in the State of Texas. License information is available upon request or may be verified through the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI).

Education vs Brokerage

Educational and training services are offered nationwide and are not dependent on insurance licensing status. Brokerage services are provided only in states where proper licensing is held.

Medicare-Related Services

JAMERYKA may assist with Medicare-related insurance products where properly licensed. JAMERYKA is not affiliated with or endorsed by Medicare, CMS, or any government agency.

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to the plans we represent.
